Who we are
Relax is a mobile massage studio operating at relax-spain.com in Ibiza, Marbella, Mallorca and Courchevel. In this policy “we” and “us” mean Relax, the business responsible for your personal data.

What we collect
When you send a booking request
The form on this site asks for your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, and optionally your email address. It also asks for the details we need in order to answer you properly: the location, the treatment, the type of place the session would happen in, your preferred date and time, how many people it is for, whether you would prefer a female or male therapist, and — if you choose to give it — the address or a map link so we can tell you what the travel costs.
Only the name, phone number, location, treatment, place, date, time and number of people are required. Everything else is optional and the form works without it.
Please do not send health or medical information through this form. If you have an injury, a condition or anything else your therapist should know about, tell them directly before the session.
When you message us on WhatsApp
We receive your phone number and whatever you write to us. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and its own terms and privacy policy apply to the message itself.
Automatically, when you browse the site
Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the site you arrived from. This is collected through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager so we can see which pages work and whether our advertising is worth what it costs.

How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not turn into a booking: 12 months, then deleted.
- Records of completed bookings: for as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires us to keep them, which can be up to six years.
- Analytics data: according to Google’s own retention settings, currently 14 months.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. It is handled by:
- the therapist assigned to your session, who needs to know where to go and what to bring;
- the company that hosts this website and the email inbox the booking form writes to;
- Google Ireland Limited, for analytics and advertising measurement;
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, if you contact us over WhatsApp.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Google and Meta may process some of this data outside the EEA. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
This site sets cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, and analytics cookies through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but our traffic figures will not include you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, hand it over in a portable format, or object to us using it. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at www.aepd.es.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and change the date at the top.
